Katherine graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She has a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and sales.

Outside of work, you will most likely find Katherine hanging out with her two dogs, Griz and Penny. She also enjoys reality tv, hanging out with her friends, and going on walks with her husband.
