Michael J. Meily

Donna is a Partner and licensed Investment Advisor Representative. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Towson University. She has been a member of the firm for over 30 years and plays a vital role in finding new investment opportunities in both the equity and bond markets. Donna works closely with the other investment advisors to identify and implement these opportunities based on client profiles. She is responsible for researching and monitoring current holdings and potential opportunities using various research tools.

Additionally, Donna is responsible for the management of all individual bond trades. This includes reviewing dealer inventory for buys, soliciting bids for sales and finding replacements for those bonds that mature or are called. She has established relationships with multiple outside brokers aside from our custodians, to provide additional opportunities to fulfill this need. She also plays a key role in managing the compliance requirements of Harvest and is a member of the Investment Committee.
